Helping people is how I got started, and this is the core effort in my work -
fixing a problem, without a customer having to unhook all the wires and cables
to bring their PC into a shop somewhere.
But my fees are actually based upon how long it takes to fix a problem - not for
time spent "waiting for the computer to reboot"! So, just to let you know
- I don't charge for how long I'm at your home (which is a big fear of many
people!), I charge for how long I'm actually working on the problem!
